Hannah Waddingham is a British actress, singer and performer who is most well-known for her performances in Ted Lasso as well as on stage in West End shows. Her roles in Spamalot's first West End production, the Regent's Park revival of Into the Woods and The Wizard of Oz (as the Wicked Witch of the West) are some of her most notable. Her work has earned three Olivier Award nominations. In 2015 she joined the Game of Thrones cast as Septa Unella in the fifth season's sixth season. In addition to her role as Septa Unella, she was an ensemble participant of the 2012 film adaptation of Les Miserables as well as the 2018 British psychological thriller Winter Ridge. Waddingham has been nominated as an Golden Globe Award nominee.
